Here’s the recipe:

• Fill a copper mug with ice.
• Add the vodka and apple cider and stir lightly to mix.
• Add the ginger beer.
• Garnish with 2 apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
• Enjoy!

Place some candles around the deck or patio in copper candle holders and while the lazy evening away sipping on the mule variation (apple or otherwise) in your copper mugs.
